We supply the Hardened Tempered Steel Strips and CRCA Steel Strips with the closest dimensional tolerances. Equipped with automatic gauge control and hydraulic screw down device for achieving the closest dimensional tolerances.
Furthur, the annealing furnace is automatic and controled through PLC, with provision to use 100% Htdrogen as protective gas.
This gives the best spherodization and as a result uniform and excellent heat treatment of the end component.
We have sucessfully achieved the thickness of .05mm and are trying to make .025mm

We supply CRCA steel strips with the closest dimensional tolerances as per the requirement of the customers.
We maintain a thickness tolerance of .02mm and a maximum cambre of 4.5mm in 2 mtr. length.In case of Hardened Tempered Material we can supply material with a cambre of maximum 2 mm in 2 mtr. length.
This close tolerance material is very much necessary in case of certain industries such as circlips,safety belts,safety pins,picture tubes,etc.

Apart from the galvanized steel strips, the price of the normal carbon steel strip,i.e. mild steel steel strip,medium and high carbon steel strip will remain constant in the upcoming months.
The prices of CRCA Steel Strip has remain steady in the last 7 months.Since the overseas market is weak, the demand remains sluggish, and the prices in the International Market is going to remain stagnant in the coming months.

Hardened Tempered Steel strips are available in varying range of hardness, right from 28-30 HRC Rockwell on the lower side to 58-60HRC Rockwell on the higher side. These tailor made strips are manufactured out of specific requirements of customers. The basic raw material usually used is C-80 for hardness upto 52 HRC and C-98 for high hardness, i.e. above 53 HRC. This flexibility helps the end user un-necessary trouble of piece mill wise hardening. For example, in case of MRTC Knives, the end user has to take a piece of steel 1.00mm thick, then it has to be hardened and ground to .80mm. Thus it covers cost of unnecessary hardening, grinding of .20mm, increased labour cost, power and weight loss. Whereas, when the consumer can get material in Strip Form in .80 mm thickness, in 58-60 HRC hardness, then he can manufacture the material much cheaper, saving the extra cost of hardening,grinding,etc. We are a specialist in providing these types of hardened tempered strips, which are manufactured keeping in mind the exact requirement of the customer so that he can make end products in a more easier process saving a lot in production cost.
