Steel Autourity of India increased the price of HOT Rolled Coils by Rs.1000/- per M.T. on 1.3.07 but again rolled back 500/- per M.T. on 5.3.07.
This might be due to the pressure of the Finance Ministry, which is under cosiderable pressure to curb the inflation which is going around 6.5%
TISCO will announe its move on 6.3.07.
Prices of steel strips will remain unstable in the coming peroiod and again the trend of the International Market will decide the future of the price structure.
